The Online Campaign Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of all planning and performance initiatives within the Online Sales Department (telesales). This includes workforce planning, shift optimisation, dialler management, data management and performance reporting.  As a key part of the Online Sales Management team, you will be supporting the Operation to deliver KPI improvement through the definition and execution of an efficient dialling strategy while delivering workforce initiatives that enable consistent delivery of sales performance targets.

Your role

You should be able to:

  • Be responsible for compliant management of outbound dialler software
  • Manage a workforce to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to enable successful operational delivery
  • Deliver insights into the operation to support delivery of the Online Sales KPI dashboard
  • Identify sales opportunities and business development
  • Analyse real-time and historical contact centre performance to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Champion the voice of the Customer within the wider business by leveraging Customer insights around product and service to initiate continuous improvement both inside and outside of the Online Sales Department
  • Identify and execute process improvement initiatives that make a material people, Customer or Business impact

Your qualities

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and an analytical mind.  Experience of running an outbound campaign in a Campaign/Dialler/Resource Planning role is essential as well as strong stakeholder management skills and dialler management experience.
