We are looking for Customer Focused people to join our friendly team based in Sunderland City Centre. You will be working to deliver an excellent Customer Experience, supporting our national Retail Branches. We offer great hours and a friendly team environment, experience would be preferred but a desire to learn and a great attitude towards Customer Service and doing the right thing first time are essential.

You will be working in a busy but friendly Contact Centre environment, dealing with a mix of inbound and outbound calls, processing our technician’s reports, dealing with escalated calls along with general, administrative work                                                         

Your role

You should be able to:

  • Liaise directly with customers to support and resolve enquiries and problems.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and finance houses to resolve enquiries.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate monitoring systems for all administration to ensure ease of access to information when required.
  • Process of reports, accurately transcribing into Dynamics the outcomes of the Upholsterers visit.
  • Raise orders for spare parts ensuring accurate detail of the part, part code, quantity, infit time, debit cost (if applicable) and the original customer order.
