We are looking to introduce a Vendor Administrator to coordinate the day to day running of the Sales Order function, ensuring daily tasks are carried out and priorities are dealt with immediately.

Your role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating supplier booking in of sales orders as well as handling queries from stores and distribution teams.

You should be able to:

  • Communicate effectively to the team, suppliers, retail and distribution.
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Work to deadlines and effectively as a team player
  • Demonstrate good IT skills including microsoft packages

Your qualities

Ideally you will have experience in a busy administration environment; you will be hard working, accurate and well organised with excellent attention to detail.  Whilst administration experience can be helpful, finding the right person is our goal, so if you think you have what we are looking for; we’d love to hear from you.
