We’ve newly created a challenging and exciting key role within our fast growing West Midlands region to support and inspire a vibrant sales force.  We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced retail manager with the ability to achieve performance targets, drive profitability and increase our great reputation.

As Senior Branch Manager you’ll have the skills to manage and grow your business and team, leading them to deliver an excellent customer experience whilst focussing on managing the performance of your team and utilising your skills in coaching and development to add value to our ScS brand.

You’ll have the responsibility of looking after one of our stores in the West Midlands area, but a key part of the role will also be to provide support to the Regional Manager to ensure that Region is working to the high standards that our customers expect.
