Branch Manager

Your role

We are passionate about our people who are trusted specialists, and our Branch Managers have a key role in leading a team of Sales Professionals to success. 

You should be able to:

• Motivate, coach and support a Sales Team
• Provide an excellent customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is enjoyable
• Achieve store targets and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
• Easily build rapport with customers and support the team in their customer interactions
• Inspire our team to live by our ‘RIGHT’ values at every given opportunity (Responsive, Inclusive, Get it Right, Hard Working, Trusted)
• Use appropriate KPI’s to achieve team performance
• Have flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Your qualities

You will have experience of leading a successful retail sales team, ideally in a busy furniture sales environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic, strong leader who is commercially minded and a natural motivator with an ability to draw the best performance from each team member.  Someone who is focused upon delivering outstanding customer service whilst achieving store KPI’s.
