All about ScS

ScS has been around for more than 125 years, and in that time we’ve got to know a thing or two about providing great furniture and flooring for our customers.

As part of our squad of delivery crews that support our nine distribution centres, you’ll be welcomed into the ScS team. There’s about 2,000 of us at ScS, and we’re all a lovely bunch.

About you

If you’re all about making the people around you smile and delivering a great service for customers then you could be perfect for the role. All you need in order to apply is a 7.5 tonne vehicle licence, a driver digital tachograph card and the relevant drivers CPC qualification (certificate of professional competence), and we can sort the rest!

Furniture delivery experience can sometimes help, but personality and the ability to learn new skills is more important.

The kind of things you’ll be up to…

• Delivering and installing furniture into customers’ homes
• Working through a delivery schedule with the support of your crew mate
• Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles
• Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
• Making sure the team is safe by carrying out checks and driving safely

• Basic salary of £27,540 with and the opportunity to earn £30,540 (on target earnings).
• Individual and team bonuses paid annually.
