About you

Based at our Head Office in Sunderland, you will join a growing e-commerce team where you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing team with a myriad of tasks. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will assist in a variety of digital marketing tasks across CRM and email, Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Content Marketing whilst honing your creative and analytical skills.

While there is a strong focus on CRM, this is an extremely varied, exciting role for anyone looking to expand on a wide range of digital marketing skills, which are becoming increasingly prevalent.

The kind of things you’ll be up to…

  • Help deliver actions on the CRM Roadmap and deliver analysis on the success of initiatives
  • Communicate with relevant internal teams to deliver digital marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and relay what you learn to the team
  • Maintain day to day activity to ensure the smooth daily running of the department
  • Update trackers and roadmaps with the latest status of initiatives
  • Liaise regularly with our agency partners to ensure initiatives are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard.
  • Monitor, report and analyse key digital marketing KPIs
  • Helping to execute to digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Understanding specific channel KPIs and regularly reporting on them.
  • Liaising with the internal teams as well as our agency partners in delivering the overall digital marketing strategy.
