We are looking for Customer Focused people to join our friendly team based in Sunderland City Centre. You will be working to deliver an excellent Customer Experience, supporting our national Retail Branches. We offer great hours and a friendly team environment, experience would be preferred but a desire to learn and a great attitude towards Customer Service and doing the right thing first time is essential.

You will be working in a busy but friendly Contact Centre environment, dealing with a mix of inbound and outbound calls, processing our technician’s reports, dealing with escalated calls  along with general, administrative work                                                                            

Core Performance Areas:

  • Liaises directly with customers to support and resolve enquiries and problems.
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and finance houses to resolve enquiries.
  • Where required, arranges for a Company representative to visit a customer’s home to assess a service issue.
  • Maintains up to date and accurate monitoring systems for all administration to ensure ease of access to information when required.
  • Processing of reports, accurately transcribing into Dynamics the outcomes of the Upholsterers visit.
  • Raising orders for spare parts ensuring accurate detail of the part, part code, quantity, infit time, debit cost (if applicable) and the original customer order.
  • Pro-actively contributes to the day-to-day management of Health and Safety within the department, in line with the Company’s Health and Safety policy, to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain up to date and appropriate knowledge, skills and competencies to ensure continuing satisfactory levels of work performance.
  • Undertakes, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the position.
