Your role

This is a key role providing a great opportunity to make an impact across the full range of HR activities including recruitment, talent mapping, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.

Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will have experience of working as an HR Business Partner in a multi-site role.  With a strong commercial focus alongside a pragmatic approach, you will have excellent influencing and relationship building skills enabling you to successfully support our commercial plan.  As a field based HR Business Partner you will work closely with your Regional Retail Managers and our central HR team to establish an appropriate people plan to ensure our present and future talent are on the Right path to succeed.

Ideally you will be based in West Yorkshire, although there is flexibility within the north of England for the right candidate.

Your qualities

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Invaluable experience of  recruiting talented people
  • Talent mapping and succession planning experience
  • Proven track record in performance management
  • Passion to drive high levels of engagement
  • An ability to produce commercial people plans to support business objectives
  • A track record of coaching and influencing managers at all levels
  • A collaborative approach to achieving results
  • Enthusiasm, drive and integrity
  • Flexibility to travel around our branch network
