Your role

To be successful, candidates will have excellent coaching ability ideally gained in a retail sales environment.  As a field based Learning and Development Partner you will utilise your skills in sales training alongside your coaching and development ability to design and deliver a range of practical workshops to develop the skills of our Sales Professionals and Sales Managers in all areas of their role.  You will also provide on the job coaching to our sales teams as well as leading induction and on-boarding activity. Working closely with your Regional Managers, Branch Managers and our central learning and development team, you will play a vital role in developing the present and future talent of ScS.

Ideally you will be based in the Luton/Milton Keynes area, although there is flexibility within the south of England for the right candidate

Your qualities

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Invaluable experience of delivering effective sales training and development programmes
  • Proven track record of designing course content to meet specific objectives
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Experience of working at pace in a fast moving environment
  • Enthusiasm, drive and integrity
  • Flexibility to travel around our branch network
