Your role

Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all tactical elements of our internal communications strategy to drive employee engagement. You will ensure that all initiatives are well-executed using relevant channels to help inform, engage and motivate across all company locations. We recognise the importance of employee engagement and this hands-on role will play a key part in helping to develop levels of engagement further. Highly motivated and delivery focused you will have the ability to build and maintain strong and positive relationships at multiple levels. Additionally with your excellent working knowledge of online and offline communication activities, you will have successfully implemented a range of initiatives where the impact has been tracked and measured.  

Your qualities

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to use communications as a driver of employee engagement.
  • Excellent experience of managing all aspects of internal communications in a multi-site environment..
  • Exceptional personal communication skills
  • Digital and offline content creation experience
  • Experience of employee engagement surveys
  • Knowledge of employee recognition schemes
  • The capability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of working at pace to meet changing demands
